F. Ramirez Mexico Sterling Ladle (Design Matches the Ramirez Bell in My Shop)

I couldn't believe my luck! I had purchased the beautiful set of sterling bells by Mexico silversmith F. Ramirez, and then I found this beautiful ladle...and it has the SAME DESIGN on the handle as the Bell!!!

What a beautiful way to decorate your holiday table. Serve eggnog with a sterling ladle...call everyone to eat with the silver bells...just imagine! Add to the festivities with sterling over glass cordials and shot glasses, and even salt and pepper shakers from my store.

I haven't polished the ladle at all, it is in the condition in which I bought it. It is approximately 6.5 inches tall, and the cup is 2 inches across and 1 inch deep.

It weighs in at 2.1 oz and is beautifully hallmarked with Ramirez's artist mark, which is noted in Hougart's book on Mexican Silver Hallmarks. There is a triangular HECHO EN MEXICO DF F. RAMIREZ with 0.925 in the center. It is also marked STERLING and the Eagle 1 Emblem for Mexico City.

This hand wrought item is in fabulous condition! There are even little bends in the silver on both sides to use for pouring. Since this was crafted by hand, the 2 bends are not identical.
