Now here is a real blast from the past...an exquisite rhinestone pendant. All of the stones in the silver tone piece are prong set. There is a beautiful marquis shaped stone in the center, and it is surrounded by 30 individual, round, prong set stones.

The part that really does it for me is the bale of the this vintage beauty, which has an emerald cut rhinestone embellishing the front. To me, this adds a real touch of class.

This piece is 1 inch tall (excluding the bale) and just over 0.5 inches wide. Adding in the length of the bale makes it a tad over 1.25 inches tall.

You can tell, especially from the photos of the back, that this brooch is not flat. It is curved such that the center stone extends outward...convex...

There is some slight yellowing to several stones, and 2 stones that are showing some mild darkening, but if you look at the entire piece, there are so many stones...32 in all, catching the light that these really were not noticeable to me until I looked under high magnification in bright light.

Add a silver chain, and give this vintage beauty new life. I'm certain it will bring back fond memories for someone you hold dear.
