Okay, so here is another Elle Original, crafted from two identical, but broken, brooches...Sing along to the tune of The Drunken Sailor...

What do you do with two broken brooches?... What do you do with two broken brooches?... What do you do with two broken brooches?... TURN THEM INTO EARRINGS!

This unique pair of earrings used to be brooches that were going to be tossed away. But, they had a little open circle on the back just begging for earring hooks. The front of each brooch is so beautiful, who could resist?

Each vintage, gold tone brooch is 1 inch in diameter. There is a very pretty blue center cabochon on each. I do not know what these are...synthetic or real...but they have a beautiful teal color with some white marbled streaks in them,

There are no hallmarks on the brooches, and the backs have no pins, and the locking mechanisms are bent down.

They are attached securely to hypoallergenic French hooks.

What a unique vintage/artisan design! Beautiful brooches have been given a second chance to make someone happy.
