Nippon Hand Painted Wild Rose Plate with Gold Moriage Trim

This is a white porcelain plate with pink wild roses (I think that is what they are). There is a dark blue trim near the edge and gold edge with raise dots. The flowers are trimmed in gold also with the same dots, the center gold ring and flower also in gold dots. 7 3/4" no chips or cracks. The mark is the maple leaf in blue.
