Vintage Bakelite Scottie Dog Napkin Ring

This little guy is a dark butterscotch color with a black inset eye. He is in fine condition except that someone etched their name on his head. It looks like it was done with a pin since it is very fine and you have to look closely to see it. It shows up partly in the one photo. There is a light streak there also.
