Edwardian French Actress RPPC Postcard - Madd Minty

This "Madd Minty" has an interesting name! I wonder who she was...Her outfit is just as interesting and it has been adorned with glitter and sequins over hand tinting. (some sequins have fallen off)

She is on an divided back postcard and photographed by Walery of Paris. There is writing on the back but doesn't seem to have been postmarked. Very good condition - no tears or folds. There are white spots above her hat but they seem to be in the background not damage to the photograph.
