1924 RPPC Samoa Pango Pango Military Postcard

This is a real photo postcard of Pango pango. It is addressed to Rear Admiral Colby in Boston. The postmark is Honolulu Hawaii Apr 3 1924.

The message says I am leaving here today after a most delightful visit as the Governor's guest. Off. P.T.G. According to my research this would have been Captain Edward Stanley Kellogg who was then Governor of American Samoa

The condition is good to very good. There is a crack in the photo on one corner ...not a fold though. Some corners are bumped. Overall the photo is a little light. Postmark lines on the front. It may have had a paper clip on it at one time.

I see a village or houses, radio towers, a port with a tall sailing ship - maybe 2.
