Unusual Rockford Silver Serving Spoon

This is an unusual pattern on the handle for this spoon. It looks somewhat like a feather or wing. The bowl of the spoon also is highly decorated. It is marked Rockford Silver Co. 5 (star). It is silver plated.There is only a little wear on the high points of the handle...need a magnifier to see it. It does have an "S" monogram. 7 1/4" long. bowl is 2" wide.
