Enamel Black Glass Bud Vase

This is a very attractive vase with the enameled flower on the glossy black glass. There are also red or rust colored bands around the top and base. The vase is 8 1/4" tall and the base is 2 3/4". I was told this was made by Maryland Glass Co. No chips or cracks or scratches.
