Framed Embossed Victorian Card with Children

This is a very nice embossed card with 2 children all dressed up. There is a scripture below them "Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart? Psalms 73:1.

I think it was framed in the 1970's since there is a sticker on the back by the framer that appears to be from that time period. There is a water spot on the backing, but it doesn't go through to the front.
