Warner Jewelry is not very common. I have read that it was probably produced from the 1950 - 1970. It is know to be better quality jewelry for the period. This piece is marked with an attached oval on the underside....it says "WARNER".
It is in very good condition. No damage to the silver-type metal... stones are all there. Rhinestones are clear.
It is 1 3/8" x 1" x 7/8"
