Our Service Pledge To You:
I go out of my way to describe all items honestly, and to price items fairly. Will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases when packaging permits. I take care to wrap all packages very careful, and try to respond to all orders within 48 hours.

I ship to Japan, England, Germany, Canada and a few other International countries, I accept only Payments made by International Postal Money Order or by PayPal from any International country. Payment must be made for the cost of item plus shipping. I will not accept payments that are made for more then the charges I gave.

Welcome! Are you looking for Antiques, Collectibles, Fire King, Pyrex, Dru Pots, or fancy Porcelain figures. Maybe its Childhood reminders of the 60's and 70's. I also have clocks, cookie jars, Disney, Art, Silver, Bottles, Shakers and Jewelry. In my shop you will find treasures that glitter and shine, that bring back memories of long ago times. All of my things were once treasured, now they can be Treasured Once More by you.

After placing an order, be sure and check your "spam" folders for mail from Ruby Lane concerning your purchases.

Become a subscriber to my shop and be the 1st to know by E-Mail notification when new items are added. Make sure to put in the remarks what you are looking for and as a subscriber to my shop I will try and find that item for you. Remember, subscribing to my shop is a free service Ruby Lane gives you. You will then get an Email when I add, reduce or put items on sale. Email notices are sent how you want to get the notice, daily, weekly or monthly, just by checking the box.

PLEASE keep in mind that I am not a professional. I sell mostly for fun and I make a little profit.
I do my best to research the things that I sell, but occasionally I am sure that I will make a mistake. If you realize that my description is in error let me know by sending an email. I am always willing to try to describe something to a fuller degree, and I'll even take more Photo's.
You can just send me an email to ask me a question about an item or make me an offer on something I have that you would really like to own.
I only leave my items in my shop for 6 to 9 months and if an item does not sell in that time frame, I am taking that item out of my shop to sell at a future date. Collectibles only go up in price and I have so many different things to put in my shop I can afford to do this. Keep coming back to my shop as I will be adding new items and removing items that have been in my shop to long. Most of the time I find something I think is great and believe that someone would love to have it only to find out that no one wants it at this time. Have fun looking around my shop and if you are looking for something let me know, I may have it or maybe I can find it for you at a reasonable price.

Remember If you ask a question about a certain item it could be sold while you are asking the question. I do not get upset if you select an item, ask questions about the item and then send me an email stating that you change your mind and do not want it. I do get upset if I never hear from you again and my item is held up from being sold while I am waiting for you to decide that you do not want it. I will only wait 5 days for a reply that you want to purchase. If I have not heard from you I will put the item back in my shop to be sold.

I have Earthlink as my server, one of its jobs is to filter out Spam, as I get over 180 spam junk emails daily. Earthlink sorts it out puts known spam in a junk file which I delete daily and then puts all my Ruby Lane emails in a suspect email file. I go through the suspect email two to three times a day and answer all my Ruby Lane Mail within 48 hours.

Earthlink will not send any email directly that I do not have an address for in my email address book. It sends me a flag asking if I want to add you to my email address book. I realize that this can be upsetting to new users. It is the only way that I can filter out unwanted email and viruses at this time, which is for your protection as well as mine.
