Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Purchaser will pay for actual shipping charges and insurance. Additional packaging fees will be required for very heavy (over 20 lbs), or large (greater than 2.5' X 2.5' packed) items.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for domestic sales. International sales that are returned will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Other Information:
International purchasers must pay via Western Union, International Money Order, International Bank Draft, International Cashier's Cheque, or Paypal. International purchasers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with their purchase. Returns on international orders are assessed a 10% restocking fee.
