Pair of paintings, oil on panel, of flowers. Black ground with light pastel flowers. Painted by Elizabeth Rogers, Philadelphia, PA; initialed and dated 1881. Painted on chamfered wood panel and mounted in the original gesso over wood frames. The frames have been repainted with gold paint. The panels measure 10"x 6" and the frames 13.5"x 9.75". These have been in the seller's family since originally painted by his Great Grandmother. Other works by same artist also available. See Item SW1000
