This is a sweet hand brooch. This is a very Victorian themed piece of jewelry but made in the '50's. Gold tone metal is stamped in the shape of both a hand and a fan. A flower set with emerald green rhinestones is riveted in place holding the fan in the hand. Very delicate and feminine looking. Measures 2 1/4" x 1 7/8". Unsigned. Excellent condition!
