We are happy to respond to any questions or orders within 24 hours and will ship items within 3 business days of cleared payment. We take pride in selecting items of quality and want you to have confidence that your items will arrive as described.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer pays for shipping and insurance. We do not charge a handling fee. We usually ship USPS Priority Mail. The shipping and insurance amount for U.S. sales are determined at checkout. We ask that international buyers contact us before purchase for shipping and insurance rates. All international shipping charges (customs, duties, etc.) are paid for by the buyer. We follow all U.S. and International shipping rules.

Because we want your items to travel safely to you, we promise to package VERY WELL. Even with all this extra care we require insurance, especially on glass and fragile items.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge for re-stocking.

Payment Options:

We accept major credit cards and cash transfers through Pay Pal. Payment by Pay Pal must be received within 3 business days. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Payment by money order or cashier's check must be received within 10 business days. If payment is not received by then, we will place the item back in inventory for re-sale.

International sales: Please contact us before purchase. At this time we only accept international payment through PayPal.

Texas residents: we charge 8.25% state sales tax.

Layaway Plan: We accept a three month layaway plan. We ask for three equal payments made once a month from the date of purchase. Once the final payment has been made, we will ship your item to you. If a buyer changes their mind on a layaway purchase before the final payment is made, no refund of prior payments will be given. Please understand, a layaway agreement takes the item out of sales circulation and if our shop does this, we need the buyer to follow through on their decision to purchase.
