Madame Alexander 8" Great Britain #558 Doll

This wonderful doll is the Great Britain Madame Alexander doll from the original owner's collection. She is part of the International Series by Madame Alexander.

This doll has pretty blonde hair with bangs peeking out from a white cotton lace trimmed bonnet and black felt hat. She is wearing a full skirt of black and white stripe with a black blouse. Her puff sleeves on the blouse are black with a deep white cuff trimmed in lace. She wears a crisp white apron and a pretty floral shawl. She is also wearing a white slip, stiff petticoat and white bloomers. Her black shoes and white socks complete her outfit. Her pretty face has sleep eyes, blushing cheeks and coral lips. She is 8" in height and has jointed neck, shoulders and hips.

This doll is in excellent condition. She comes with her original box. The box is in excellent condition - no tears or crushing. There is one corner where some of the color is torn off - looks like a sticker was removed and took some of the box color with it. The label on the end of her box is the Madame Alexander logo label and is stamped "Great Britain - 558". She has the original cardboard restraint and stand. She has the original Madame Alexander doll booklet tied to her wrist. Her dress has the label that reads "Great Britain by Madame Alexander New York, U.S.A.".
