Vintage Petti Point Embroidery Handbag Clutch - Neiman Marcus

This lovely floral petti point purse was made in West Germany for Neiman Marcus. It is of 100% light tan cotton fabric on the outside. The embroidered flowers show flowers of coral red and golden yellow with greenery mixed in. Two of these embroidered bouquets are shown on either side of the purse. The brass clasp and opening frame of the purse hold well. The clasp snaps shut and holds. The hinges work well also. The inner lining is a plastic-type ivory lining. The interior tag reads "Made in West Germany/Neiman Marcus/100% Cotton".

Condition: The inner lining is in good condition. There are no tears in the lining. It does show ink marks and light staining from age and use. The outer fabric is in good condition also. No tears or pulls in the threads. There is some staining from age and one side (at the corner seam) there is a small smear that looks like a blue ink mark. There is minor rusting along the brass clasp.

This purse or clutch is approximately 6" in length and about 4" high.
