Vintage Collectible Mexican Costumed Doll

This International Costumed Doll is a young man in traditional Mexican costume. He is from the original owner's doll collection. He is wearing a sombrero trimmed in blue and white stitching. He wears a regional costume dress of beige pants and shirt, red cloth belt/sash and a colorful serape across his shoulder. He has painted white socks and black shoes. He has dark molded hair. His hand painted face shows expressive eyes and a stylish mustache. He measures about 8 1/2" from the tip of his sombrero to his shoes.

He comes in his original box. He has the original gold foil label tag on his wrist. The box is labeled "Honold's: Exclusive Imports for Men & Women at the Foreign Club, Tijuana, Old Mexico" and "Muneca - Ideal - Irrompible - M.I.R. No. 33070 - No. 0716". This box is in excellent condition. No tears or crushing. It is slightly faded from age.

The only aging I see on the doll is some cracking of the bisque on his face. He was never played with, so this must be from storage and age.
