Small Bisque Head Heubach/250-4/Koppelsdorf/Thuringia

This vintage bisque head is marked Heubach/250-4/Koppelsdorf/Thuringia on the back of the head. It is about 5 1/2" high and the circumference around the forehead is about 11 1/4".

This bisque has a pretty hand painted face - eyebrows, upper and lower lashes, pretty blushing cheeks and peach tinted lips that show 4 small top teeth. Her ears are in good condition. There are no eyes in the eye sockets.

Condition: This bisque head needs a good cleaning. It has been in storage for a while. There is also a faint surface vertical crack showing on the forehead. There might be a surface minor crack by the temple area. These are very faint and do not look like they run through to the back of the bisque. There are small marks on the cheeks - please see pictures.
