Lovely Flow Blue Plate, Floral Border, Romantic Landscape

This plate measures 9 1/2" in diameter. It has a wide floral border rimed with a raised bead and gilded edge. The center has landscape with trees and a house. There is a gold ring inside the border. The plate is not marked and not identified. It is 19th century English. It has no cracks. It does have crazing and one chip on the underside edge.
