This lovely flow blue plate measures 9 1/4" in diameter. It has a border pattern of swags and medallions. The bottom is marked with a crown and NAPIER. Napier is the pattern name. I believe the maker is Keeling & Co. ca. 1886-1936. This plate has heavy utensil wear but no chips or cracks.
