This is a pair of 2 Flow Blue Plates, each 8" in diameter. They have a simple art nouveau border of a light blue leaves. They have gilded unevenly scalloped edges. There is also a blue line. The bottom is marked Imperial Imperial W.H. Grindley & Co. with a c. 1891 mark. They have a blue imprinted mark, "The Hofburg". There are no chips or cracks. They are heavily crazed. The price is for both plates. Reference: "Flow Blue China" by Petra Williams.
