Nice Old Blue Willow Platter English 19th Century

This blue willow platter measures 13 1/4" x 10 3/4". It is printed with the traditional blue willow pattern. The bottom is marked with a bird over a cartouche with a chariot. It has the word Nonpareil in the cartouche. It appears to have the initials K B on the bottom. This is smeared. I cannot identify the mark or maker. Nonpareil is a pattern made by Burgess and Leigh. That pattern differs from the willow pattern. The word nonpareil means no match or equal. The edge of the platter has two rather large manufacturing flaws. They look like chips but they are covered with glaze. There is also a small round chip on the underside.
