Lovely 19th Century English Blue Willow Platter

This blue willow platter is printed in the traditional blue willow pattern. It measures 13" x 10 1/2". The bottom is ribbed. The mark is similar to part of the blue willow design with Ironstone China and the initials I and C. I have not been able to identify the maker. It is English and 19th century. The condition is excellent with no chips or cracks.
