This is a single cup and saucer set from a children's tea set. The cup of this set has the rounded sides rather than straight. The cup measures 3" in diameter and 2 1/4" tall. The saucer measures 5" in diameter. It has a fluted edge and is transfer printed in green with an Aesthetic period design. The bottom is marked STAG C. A. & Sons England. This is a circa 1880 mark of the Charles Allerton pottery. The cup has 3 stilt marks inside the cup. The saucer has a flake in the center on the deer. There are no chips or cracks.
