This 8" plate is a deep cobalt blue. It is printed in a lovely oriental pattern. The bottom is marked SHANGHAI W. H. Grindley. I have two of these plates available. One is marked with the blue mark, 1880-1914. The other is marked with a green mark used 1914-25. The pattern is the same. Both are in very good condition. The blue mark plates has a bit of crazing. The price is for a single plate.
