This spice canister is not marked but was made by Hull pottery in the 1920's. It is a square ceramic jar with lid. The front is marked Pepper and has two blue birds. The canister measures 2 3/8" on a side and 4 3/4" tall including the lid. There are a couple of minor flaws. There are two tiny chips on the underside of the lid. There is crazing. These are expected on the ceramic canisters of this era.

Item ID: 1063-1
