This casket box is absolutely wonderful. It appears to be walnut and highly carved. The pair of birds are intricately carved with branch and leaves. The box measures 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 8". The feet and skirt are carved like a fine piece of furniture. The inside has tufted silk in the bottom and the lid. There is a lock but no key. The condition is excellent. There is minimal scaring on the feet.
