This cake plate or tray measures 9" in diameter. It is 8 sided with 2 molded handles. There is an circular indentation indicating this is a tray for a bowl. The edge has a feather blue design. The center has a Delft windmill design. The bottom is marked with the pattern name NORFOLK. It has a Royal Doulton mark which is 1930+. There are two registry marks. One indicates 1895; the other, 1915. I would assume one is the registry of the pattern. The other the registry for the shape. Both of these are before the 1930+ mark with "Made in England". This plate is in excellent condition.
