This cream pitcher is part of a tea set, Nursery Rhymes, made by W & Co., the initials for Whittaker and Company in Hanley. The creamer measures 2 1/2" in diameter and 2 3/4" tall. It is transfer printed in blue with "The Farmer's Wife Jumped out of Bed". The bottom is marked with the Registry Number 103739 (circa 1885). Very good condition. There is a short and very tight hairline on the rim. Shows on inside. I have a second one available. Only flow on it is a small chip on the spout.

I believe it has had a repair around the rim. It feels rough and there is some flaking on the inside.

This child's ABC is porcelain and measures 7" in diameter. The center has two young ladies with a young man between. It also has flowers. The rim has the raised letters of the alphabet. The porcelain appears to be German. The only mark is an 8 on the bottom. I would guess that originally the letters were gilded. This has worn off. There are no chips or cracks.

Lovely blue transfer printed childs teapot from tea service. It has its original lid with steam hole. The only mark is a blue printed 5 on the bottom. However, the pattern appears to be MYCENE. This is a collection of romantic landscapes with a prominent two-handled vase. The Mycene collection was made by Hulse, Nixon, and Adderly, 1853-68. No chips, cracks or repairs. There is a little glaze wear to the tip of the spout.
