This oval tole tray measures 10 1/2" x 14 1/2". This tray appears to be painted by an amateur with yellow roses and green leaves. This tray is in excellent condition. It does not appear to have much age, but it does have a rolled edge.

This tole tray measures a whopping 24" x 19". It has a turned up edge with rolled rim. This tray appears to be quite early but seems to have had a repaint. There is evidence of the original paint. Very decorative.

Love this bright metal tray. It measures 10 1/2" x 13 1/4". The rim of the tray is a bright red. The main image is a hunting dog amidst limbs with fall colored leaves. There are a few scratches and wear to the edge. Great for display or to use. This would make a good Father's Day present.

This rectangular tray measures 17 1/2" x 13". The rim of the tray has a wood grain finish. The center is a print of a dog. The signature on the art work is Ole Larsen 1940. I have been told Larsen was an illustrator from the midwest who did great dogs and horses. In small print it has A. C. Co. 11-A . This is the American Can Company. This rectangular tray measures 13 1/2" x 18 1/4". It has a slightly scalloped border outlined in gold. The brilliantly painted fruit make this tray outstanding. There are grapes, cherries, pears, and peaches. There is lots of wear and some rust. Overall the finish is quite glossing. I am not sure how to date this tray. I am considering it a vintage decorator item.

This is a vintage tole tray marked Made in Russia. This is vintage prior to the USSR. The usual gloss finish is somewhat dulled by water damage and use. This only makes the tray more desirable to those wanting a vintage look. The expertly painted flowers are pink and blue. The edge is scalloped in a Chippendale style. There is detailed gold decoration around the rim. The handles are cut-out. It measures 15 1/2" x 20 1/4". Great looking tray.

This tin is hand-painted tole. The tin measures 4 3/4" in diameter and 3" deep. It has a green background and brightly painted on the lid and the sides. The lid is hinged. It is in very good condition on the outside. The inside shows significant oxidation.

There is no tole better than Russian tole. The quality of the painting is exquisite. This huge tray measures 21" x 26 1/2". It is marked on the bottom Made in Russia. This is before the USSR or the current countries. It has been used and shows wear from its use. The cut-out handle on one end is bent as well as the rim on that end. I have a special affinity to the Russian tole. The painting is done with such skill with lacquer paints giving a high gloss finish. This small tray may be called a tip tray, it measures 8 3/8" x 6 3/8". The center has a large coral rose surrounded with smaller flowers. There is a gilded design in the corners and around the raised rim. There is a signature, BEA.C.

This nice large tray measures 17 1/2" x 20". It is decorated with a multitude of violets. The edge is curvy in the Chippendale style. There is gold around the edge and the up-turned rim. The bottom is marked Hand Painted Tole Pilgrim Art 140. This tray is early and has been heavily used and a bit shabby. It still has lots of charm.
