If you are not happy with your purchase, please email for return authorization code within 3 days of receipt of your package. Items may be coded a/or marked as being exclusively from TOINETTE'S. Insurance or delivery confirmation is required. I will not be liable for uninsured items. International postage rates apply.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
DELIGHTED to combine S/H on ANY SIZE order. If your purchase is over $100.00 postage is FREE IN THE USA and REDUCED internationally. I try to list each postage cost with each item description. Packages are sent USPS at the lowest rate unless otherwise noted.

I accept only US FUNDS, MO, Paypal, Business or Personal Checks (held for clearance) I accept Master Card or VISA through my secure shop line. I will be happy to call you for credit card information at NO COST to you.

Restocking Fee:
15% Restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt and codes or identification marks from Toinette's MUST be in place.

Layaways are considered on an individual basis. Deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE. This is a FIRM policy as the item is taken out of circulation during layaway and cannot be purchased by others. E-mail any questions.
