GORGEOUS late 1920s, floor length evening gown. Sophisticated drama!

This one piece dress is sleeveless with a graceful scooped neckline. The fabric is burnt out silk velvet and is black. (pictures lightened slightly to show detail. ) This dress is Art Deco DELICIOUS! Size Large. Measurements in inches: bust 38, waist 40, hip up to 42, length: shoulder to hem 49 inches. The belt is 62 inches long, not including the loops.

The gown has elaborate beading in a distinctive ART DECO design on the front and back. The beads are black faceted glass. The original belt (also beaded is included).

There are snaps at one shoulder and down one side. There are a FEW missing beads. No holes or stress marks. The belt is one long continuous piece with two loops that are simply basted in place. (this could be better done) However, I will leave any changes to the belt up to the new buyer. There is no slip with this dress.
