This floor length, Palazzo pant, hostess gown is worthy of a fine vintage collection. The fabric is silky, slinky CLASSIC spun rayon. The print is an splashy display of paisley, flowers and swirls all filled in with a small background print in coordinated flowers. I have called this my PERSIAN GARDEN GOWN.

The wide collar lays beautifully for a flattering display of neckline. The sleeves are a raglan cut and are elbow length. There are double darts at the front and back waist. The gown has self fabric and piped buttons and welted button holes in a double breast closure. There is extra security of closure with a hook and eye at the waist.

A hidden metal zipper from waist to mid point in one leg makes it easy to slip on. There are PLEATS in the legs to keep the cut slim at the hip and gives extra FLOW to the legs. This pleating also covers the zipper.

This is an EXCEPTIONAL design. The legs are WIDE and wonderful. They are 52 inches in circumference! The bias cut, flowing belt tie is simply SMASHING! It is extra long, extra drippy, and that luscious rayon we all know and love. Doesn't it make a beautiful BIG BOW! The color of the belt is the same color as the piping on the collar and buttons.

This is so HOLLYWOOD starlet! So classic 1940's silhouette! Will you be the proud new owner? This gown has been carefully kept for over 60 years and shows very, very minor signs of wear.

Bust up to 40 ( best fit bust 34 - 36) ,(noting the raglan design of the sleeves ) waist 26, Hip up to 40, sleeve elbow length and center back to hem is 56 inches! Please check your measurements.
