HUGE Butterfly! This early 1940s brooch is made with gold tone over a lead base. The tear drop shaped rhinestones are faceted glass in lavender, soft blue, and yellow. They are set in the open work of the metal for a delightful presentation. The face seems to have a smile. Fanciful fun!

There are no bends or breaks. There is some minor wear to a few high points of the gold tone wash.

Very LARGE it measures : 2 & 3/4 x 1 & 1/4 inches.
