1930s BLACK Rayon Fabric Flowing Fabulous Material

Wonderful mid 1930s BLACK rayon crepe material / yardage. This is impossible to photograph an get any idea of what it really is. I have photographed it pinned to a mannequin so you can have SOME idea of what the item is! Otherwise it would be a picture of BLACK. So consider the pictures... this is running yardage.

This LIGHTLY creped rayon yardage flows and drapes beautifully. The color is strong and even. It is 40 inches wide from selvage to selvage and is 2 yards + 16 inches long. That is 4 inches over 2 & 1/3 yards.

Let your imagination go and make some dramatic vintage clothing! Beading, draping, adding gold or black satin for a garment requiring more fabric.

This would be a spectacular skirt with a white or pink satin blouse. Use some vintage rayon and make a blouse to match THIS made up in a skirt and bolero. Note, the fabric is pinned on the mannequin to show how beautifully it drapes and flows. This is not a dress!
