This is gorgeous material! It is smooth, silky, slinky, dripping with delight, yardage. This EARLY 1940s rayon sewing fabric is 39 inches from selvage to selvage and 4 yards + 2 inches long. JUST super length and every inch is usable.

This fabric drapes like a dream and flows like a silk scarf! Will not hold a pleat, has a very smooth finish, and is cold to the touch. The field is turquoise. It is printed with dashes of flowers in white, orange and charcoal (almost black).

PERFECT for your authentic vintage clothing. There is a lot of fabric here. You will be able to make almost any garment you want. Wonderful swing dress, Palazzo pants and bolero jacket (wow ... would that be smashing) or spectacular long skirt and darling blouse. This is the kind of rayon we dream about! Clean, fresh, with no issues. It is as beautiful as the day it was loomed. You WILL loose 1/2 inch in width if you pre-shrink your fabric.
