TWO ARE AVAILABLE: This is a super nice 6-1/4 inch x 9-1/2 inch Jade-ite restaurantware platter made by Fire-King. It is bright and shiny, and the color is Fire King's classic, true jade green. This size is the smaller of the two oval Jadite platters Fire-King made, and is harder to find than the larger one.

Our platters are in lovely condition with no chips, cracks, flakes or similar damage. The color is uniform with no off color.

There may be a very few surface marks from utensils but you have to tilt it in bright light and look hard to find any. It is strongly back marked FIRE-KING OVEN GLASS on the bottom, guaranteeing it is authentic.

An identical platter (identified as piece # G307) is pictured in our "Anchor Hocking 's Fire-King & More" guide by Florence. According to this author, jadeite "Restaurant Ware" was made between 1948 and 1967. This ware is much heavier and more substantial than other Jade-ite table ware designs such as Jane Ray or Rainbow.
