Both the pot and lid are in shelf-display condition, near mint with NO damage and virtually no signs of wear. Even better, they are also free of the manufacturing flaws (glaze loss, surface pits) so often found in Hall kitchenware pottery. The only thing we could find wrong is the beginning of very slight age discoloration around the top rim of the pot, which is completely covered when the lid is in place.
Correctly bottom marked in gold by Hall China.
We were very lucky at a recent estate auction - the Hall collectors didn't come! and we are willing to share our good fortune and savings with you. This piece is valued in our FIVE YEAR OLD Whitmyer's Hall China guide at between $115-$135.
A very nice addition to any collection of vintage Hall kitchen items, or any vintage pottery type kitchenware. This hard to find piece is missing from most Rose Parade collections - don’t let this one slip by !
