Each is decorated on one side with a full color depiction of a popular Rockwell painting. (A different painting graces each cup.) Paintings include: "The Cobbler," "For A Good Boy," and "The Toymaker." On the opposite side of each cup appears a note of explanation about each, above the Museum copyright line. (IMPORTANT: Please forgive our photos, the text on the cups is absolutely sharp, crisp, even and clear - difficult for amateur photographers to show on round cups with light reflections!)
IMPORTANT: While Rockwell paintings have been produced on other china and dinnerware, please remember that these mugs were created for and endorsed by the Norman Rockwell Museum, Inc. and as such are high quality, unlike the cheap imports.
All three of these cups are in beautiful PRISTINE, as-new condition with beautiful strong colors, crisp text decoration and brilliant gold line trim around the rims and down the handles. They have absolutely no damage, even on the gold, which appears unworn.
This pretty grouping would make a terrific gift for anyone who enjoys Norman Rockwell's art, for display or for use.
