Our Service Pledge To You:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. From the time you "Make An Offer" or "Purchase An Item" to the time you receive your purchase, we guarantee you will be happy with our service.

We respond to each "Make An Offer" or "Purchase Order" within 24 hours, most always sooner. We strongly consider all offers made and hope that you will not hesitate to make an offer on any item in our shop.

Our items are described to the best of our knowledge. We do lots of research and pass what find on to you in our descriptions of our items.

Your purchases are always mailed within two days after we receive your payment.

The condition of an every item in our shop is explained in detail right down to the smallest scratch, tear, crack, dent, or imperfection.

If you are not happy with your purchase when you receive it, just email or phone us within three days of receiving it, and we will arrange for the items return and your full refund.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All of our items are packaged as if they were being mailed cross country and we were the ones receiving them. Yes, we are that fussy!

We are always happy to combine purchases to save you postage and insurance charges. We pay up to $2 of your postage cost on items purchased up to $49.99; up to $5 of your postage cost on items purchased totaling $50 to $99.99; up to $8 of your postage cost on items purchased totaling $100 to $499; and there is no charge for Regular Postage(Parcel Post, First Class Mail, or Media Mail) on items purchased $500 and over.

When you purchase an item from Time Machine Collectibles, you only pay for the actual postage and insurance. We never charge a handling fee.

All purchases are mailed with Delivery Confirmation, which we gladly pay for when we mail your items.

Insurance on the delivery of your items is always your choice for items totaling $20 or less.
**Please note that if you do not purchase Insurance, Time Machine Collectibles will not be responsible for any refund due to non-delivery of your item or any refund due to damage to your item during delivery.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
