Offered here are Eleven(11) 1978 The Sporting News Newspapers featuring Major League Baseball Players. This newspaper was published weekly and all eleven of these newspapers are from the year 1978. These newspapers date from May to October, so about 95% of each newspaper relates to baseball. They are loaded with photos, pictures, and stories of all your favorite baseball players. All are complete and in tact. Below is the date, volume, number and who's on the cover.

7.October 21, Volume 186, No. 16, Steve Garvey; 8.August 12, Volume 186, No. 6, Paul Molitor; 9.September 16, Volume 186, No. 11, Carlton Fisk.

Condition: All 11 are in very good condition. The newspapers have very little chipping and tears along the edges and are just beginning to show a tint of yellow. One of the newspapers has many folded corners. The rest have very little corner damage.

These newspapers are just great. Loads of baseball articles and pictures. You are sure to find your favorite baseball player to read about. What great memories!
