This is a lovely, hand painted perfume bottle from Limoges painted in 1904 by D & C Limoges from France. This porcelain perfume bottle was made from 1894-1900. the D & C stands for Delinieres & Co. It may have been purchased in plain white porcelain and Hand painted by the person who purchased it. It is marked on the bottom. It is in perfect shape but came without a stopper and I searched for these two stoppers which look very nice with it. The gold stopper is glass and the flowered stopper is porcelain with a cork insert. Both fit perfectly and you can take your pick on which stopper you want. I prefer the gold one and my husband likes the flowered one. Both look great! The perfume bottle itself without the stopper is 5" tall by 4 1/2" wide at the largest part of the bottle. Each stopper is close to 1 1/2" tall. Great hand painted flowers. The artist has his/her initials on the bottom along with the date painted of 1904!
