This porcelain figural still has a label on the bottom of bottle. From the Fuller Brush Company. A porcelain figural gracefully standing in her Victorian dress with a basket of flowers and a bow in her hair. I know it is 1950's or 60's as it has a zip code from Hartford, Conn. She is in perfect condition. She has a cork for a stopper. The label also reads "Bottle made in Japan". They did a great job! Nice quality! She stands 7 1/4" and looks quite proper.
