Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I never charge a 'Handling' fee. Where possible I include the shipping charge in individual descriptions. Heavy, large or other items for which no fixed cost is given will be shipped calculated for actual USPS or UPS charges. I do most shipping via USPS Insured Priority Mail with Delivery or Signature Confirmation. All shipments must be insured for full value unless the Decline Insurance option is showing at checkout (meaning I am willing to ship that item without insurance if you check that box).
Buyers outside the U.S. MUST contact for a shipping charge quote - even if an amount is listed in the item description. International shipping done via the United States Postal Service with all packages sent either insured or Registered at the buyers expense - no exceptions. Please note that insuring international mail can significantly raise the cost of shipping.
Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.
Purchase more than one item at one time and I will ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping.
Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
Other Information:
Personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank, please expect it may take up to 2 weeks for the check to clear your bank (not mine). Money orders or cashiers checks are fine (international buyers, U.S. institution or funds only, please). Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal.
Some form of payment must be made within a reasonable amount of time after a purchase order has been placed or regretfully the sale will need to be voided and the item returned to the floor.
I do offer a lay-away plan for items over $100.00 in value. Please request information via e-mail if interested.
I must charge Oklahoma buyers 4.5% sales tax unless a valid tax exempt certificate is provided.
