Lovely porcelain souvenir china plate with a center view of the "Birthplace of Nathaniel Hawthorne" as a black on white engraving. Backstamp reads, "Made in Germany for A. B. Russell, Salem, Mass.". Excellent condition; no chips or cracks and very light wear to gold decoration on outside edge of the plate. 6 3/4 inches in diameter.

Clear image showing buildings, piers, boats and ships, beach, amphitheater and other landmarks still present today. The well-known Catalina Casino dance pavilion can be seen under construction across the bay. Large reticulated porcelain oval bowl with central view of the "First Church erected in America Erected 1634". Pretty leaf decorations on interior, as well. Marked on bottom, "Made in Germany for A. B. Russell, Salem, Mass." In very nice condition with some light wear to gold trim and a chip on the foot rim (see closeup for detail). Cobalt glaze souvenir china mini vase or toothpick holder with oval view of the "Santa Fe Depot, Kiowa, Kansas". Clear image of the depot building, railroad tracks in front, nice coloration to the view. Excellent condition with very minor wear to the gold surrounding the image and the thin gold line around the lip of the vase. Bottom stamped "Jonroth Germany" and inside a rectangle "Imported and Painted for Harmon Drug Store Kiowa, Kans.". 2 1/2 inches tall, 7/8 inch diameter.

A nice German porcelain souvenir china cup with a hand colored view of Canal Street in New Orleans, Louisiana about the turn of the 20th century, circa 1900. Note the idle trolley cars intermixed with horse drawn conveyances on the street. Long view that shows many buildings along both sides of the street and pedestrians out for the day.
