This is an outstanding Limoges plate with hand painted chrysanthemums. This plate is painted with pink, white, and burgundy mums and foliage on a background of shaded , ivory, and lavender. He has painted lighter mums in the shadows giving this piece an almost mysterious look to it. The Artist has framed around the flora with a soft lime green and has embellished it with brush strokes of gold. The rococo, scalloped rim of the charger is decorated with rich gold gilding that is in excellent condition. Plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. The charger is signed by Famous French factory artist, A. Bronssillon.
