Hand Painted Plate with Yellow, Pink & Mauve Flowers – Doulton & CO 1885-1902

This beautifully hand painted Doulton plate features yellow and orange flowers which delicately lay on a warm beige background. You can see the paint strokes on the design but it may be combined with some transfer. The plate has scalloped petal design edging which extend a raised portion toward the center of the plate giving you an impression of an opening flower. The plate has a few rub marks, otherwise it is in excellent condition.
