Wonderful Rococo Limoges Porcelain Serving Bowl Hand Painted & Transfers of Pink and Yellow Dainty Roses – Tressmanes & Vogt (T&V) 1891-1907

This beautiful serving bowl has a soft scalloped rim trimmed with sponged gold. Transfers of pink and yellow roses in full bloom and in buds have been applied to the inside and outside of the bowl. The Artist then hand painted the open roses and buds bringing them to life. The flowers add a very delicate touch to this piece. This bowl would add beauty to any room regardless if it is used for serving food or just sitting and looking pretty. Bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.

Backstamp: Double stamped with Mark 7 underglaze white ware Mark in green , Initials with “LIMOGES, FRANCE,” CA 1892-1907 Mark 10 overglaze decorating mark in red, bell with “LIMOGES,” CA 1892-1907
